A Connecticut native who has called South Carolina home since 1996, Kristie has deep roots in Fairfield County and the Midlands. Before real estate, she spent 15 years as an Emergency Medical Technician—a career that taught her how to stay calm under pressure, think quickly, solve problems, and most importantly, take care of people when it matters most.

Today, she brings that same mindset to every real estate transaction.

Kristie works with buyers and sellers throughout the Midlands, with particular knowledge of Winnsboro, Fairfield County, Blythewood, Northeast Columbia, and surrounding communities. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer navigate the process, negotiating on behalf of a seller, identifying an investment opportunity, or helping a family make a major move, she believes her clients deserve more than a transaction—they deserve an advocate.

She has also been recognized as a Rookie of the Year, but the recognition that means the most to her is what happens after the closing—when clients call her again, refer their friends and family, or simply know they have someone they can count on.
